PARTNERING WITH BUSINESSES IN
LEADERSHIP, CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE & STRATEGY
Leadership skills are essential for the 21st century - are you getting off the dance floor and getting on the balcony often enough?
At Green Dragon, we work with you to design and deliver customised workshops that have enduring impact and practical application.
We flex with you according to what is most urgent and what fits with your business rhythms.
We work in a global world where borders are shrinking and the workforce is becoming increasingly diverse.
No longer are IQ and EQ enough to drive results. For organisations, Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is an essential part of any Human Capital strategy.
Whether in a face to face environment or via platforms like Zoom, CQ will enable you to better understand others and facilitate diversity and inclusion strategies.
Is your business strategy in touch with the real world? Are there parts of your strategy that need extra work?
Green Dragon has worked with many businesses to refine and adapt business strategies to ensure business health and performance.
Let us help you to define your new strategy.
